Our noodle masters create Hakata style noodles with a low hydration and high protein content that gives them a uniquely firm texture. Our process starts with a proprietary blend of select flours & Willet bourbon barrel cured salt. We pass the dough through rollers many times to get the perfect thickness before cutting. This process takes place every day in our kitchen.

Our chefs take pride in using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients in all of our dishes. Sosogu is a Japanese word, meaning pour it up, which we do daily in our kitchen & bar!
Our menu highlights our signature craft ramen made with our scratch noodles, rich broth, tender braised pork belly or savory chicken chashu, a variety of fresh vegetable toppings, and a perfectly cooked egg. We also offer vegan ramen options, rice bowls, small plates & bao buns which are a great accompaniment to our Japanese BBQ experience. In addition, we also have a full bar with draft beer, sake, and cocktails made using Japanese spirits to complement your meal. Our cozy yet modern atmosphere makes for the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious bowl of ramen or a fun JBBQ experience with friends and family.
